The vision is a future in which children can access excellent behavioral health services regardless of race or societal status. These services will help them become more resilient so they can thrive as key members of society.

Having a top-notch digital presence is crucial for a non-profit like Children’s Research Triangle. Prior to the commencement of this project, CRT’s website had an array of issues. While well-intentioned, it struggled to deliver the right message as it experienced different issues. Below are the main pain points of this client with respect to their website:

  • Outdated technology: The Children’s Research Triangle’s website lagged behind modern standards. Because of this, user experience and search engine optimization were hampered greatly.
  • Cluttered navigation: The website’s information architecture was quite convoluted. This obscured vital information, making it difficult for visitors to draw information from the website properly.
  • Mobile inaccessibility: Websites are expected to be responsive on different screens to be considered efficient and effective. Sadly, CRT’s website was non-mobile-friendly at the time of initial contact. As a result, a significant portion of potential supporters were alienated.
